In other news, the US fulfillment is complete. The vessel to Poland is approaching port (ETA 7-Aug) and the pallets to Canada are on the move (ETA port 28-Aug). The vessel carrying Dark Ages to Canada is XIN TAI CANG.

Good news for Canada. Tracking numbers for USA.

Ladies & Gentlemen,

We finally have good news for our backers in Canada: the pallets with Dark Ages are on the move, getting loaded on a vessel which is going to depart China on 28-Jul and should arrive in Toronto on 27-Aug. This has been an uphill battle, but we're 95% confident that nothing will change this time and the games will start moving soon. Just to have an idea how difficult was to find space, when we shipped to Canada the first wave of Yedo boxes, the price for the same number of pallets to the same destination was merely 1/6 of what we're paying for Dark Ages, and we consider ourselves luck to even get it.

For backers in USA we also have some good news: most packages have been sent out and tracking numbers are in BackerKit. In fact all but 16 packages have been processed and the rest should also be done by the end of the day.

Locking addresses for Europe, rest of the world

Ladies & Gentlemen,

As the vessel carrying Dark Ages boxes is getting closer to its destination port in Europe, we have to lock addresses for everyone whose package will be dispatched from Poland. This includes everyone in Europe, as well as in those parts of the world not covered by other fulfillment centers, so South and Central America, Mexico, Africa, Middle East, New Zealand, and those parts of Asia not covered from VFI.

An automated email has been send via BackerKit, which leave everyone on the above list with 48 hours to make changes to the delivery address. 

The final address must remain stable until the end of the year! Even though fulfillment will start as soon as games reach our warehouse, due to the pandemic transit times overseas are completely unpredictable. Therefore we must ask everyone to use a stable address if there is any reason to believe you might move this year. Since we will deliver the list of addresses to the fulfillment center in 3 days, there won't be an option for a further update.

Thank you for understanding and we will keep updating you as things progress.

US fulfillment starting next week and other news

Ladies & Gentlemen,

This is the latest for each region:

1) USA

The container cleared customs and it is due to reach Funagain today.

Funagain has been preparing for this fulfillment run, we have prepaid for it and provided all necessary information for this to go smoothly. We expect that most packages (hopefully all) will be out of their hands and in transit during the next 2 weeks.

Please be aware that the neoprene mats will most likely be shipped folded, due to their size. After talking to the factory, we're confident that even if some crease appear, it will not be permanent, and can easily be fixed with a hair drier.

2) Europe

The vessel carrying Dark Ages is slowly crawling to its destination. You can track it live here:

This is due to arrive in port on 27-Jul and about a week later at our warehouse. From that moment we will start the fulfillment process, first shipping out packages to places which are far away from Poland (Latin America, Africa) then closer (Middle East), then all European rewards. This should take no longer than 2 weeks.

3) Canada

We have to apologize to everyone in Canada, as we do not have any good news yet. We've lost count of how many bookings have been canceled so far, we've had more promises for this week, but unfortunately none of them went through. As of yesterday evening, FedEx Logistics are trying to find a new vessel. I wish there was some good news in all this, we're trying our best and we've asked quotes from multiple logistics partners, and despite our willingness to pay literally any price, these pallets are still stuck in port.

Fulfillment update

Ladies & Gentlemen,

Quick update for all regions:

1) USA - games are in customs, should arrive at Funagain this week or next week. We will post an update as first packages are going out.

2) Canada - sad news here, the booking got canceled again (we've lost count), and we're waiting for a new one.

3) Europe - containers are on board the vessel CMA CGM MONTMARTRE, which is due in Poland in the first week of August.
